MELOY architects have received consent to update this 70's house in Tower Road - work on site to commence at the end of summer. The scheme will rework the existing form with panels of matching brickwork, timber double glazed windows and areas of timber paneling.

Fantastic that 121 The Kench has been shortlisted for the RIBA South/ South East awards. Winners announced on the 8th May.

Towner gallery - Eastbourne

Interesting exhibition by Kelly Richardson at the Towner in Eastbourne. 
Its also worth a trip for the building by Rick Mather. Undertaken on a modest budget its a refined building although the external render system is letting the exterior down a little.

The Novium museum, Chichester

Always great to see good modern architecture on the South coast. If you are in Chichester a visit to the Novium museum by Keith Williams Architects is recommended. Internally the exposed concrete finishing is excellent as are the sequence of spaces.
